A little something about me...
I've always been interested in the natural health field since I became a Massage Therapist 14 years ago!
It all started with one little problem - I... uh, couldn't poop, regularly that is. I quickly came to find out that was no 'little' problem. It was a BIG problem! My body was a toxic waste dump. I was over weight, tired all the time, had acne...the list goes on and on. Until one day, my good friend, Judy P. introduced me to Nature's Sunshine! She specifically gave me a product called LBSII (stands for Lower Bowel System) and whooaaaa!!… It worked! I immediately started to feel better, which drove me to do more research on Nature's Sunshine and I was super pleasantly surprised at the outstanding quality of their products.
